The Art of Parenting: Aiming Your Child’s Heart Toward God

The years are short, but the days are long. All parents need encouragement along the way. Experience Adult Sunday School with FAMILY LIFE'S Art of Parenting! This 8-session, video-based study is designed to not only encourage and find new ways to integrate faith into everyday parenting moments, but also to create an environment where moms and dads can shoulder burdens together, celebrate breakthroughs, and relate to one another’s day-to-day parenting journey. Parents of all ages & stages invited!

Inspired by Psalm 127:4, the teaching sessions and conversations will cover the following topics: 

• The Goal of Parenting

• Forming Character

• Applying Discipline

• Building Relationships

• Understanding Identity 

• Nurturing Identity

• Preparing for Mission

• The Power of Family

How to Join In!

• Attend "Pastries for Parents" Coffee Hour Meet-n-Greet on Sunday, September 11, 9:45-10:45 a.m. Class runs 8 weeks, September 18- early November.

• Optional Workbooks available for purchase. (Cost: TBD)

• Nursery & Sunday School meets at the same time. (your kids are covered!)

• RSVP to Art or Tara Pedersen.
