“Intercessors for America, a 50 year old organization located in Purcellville, VA, is a source of information on a variety of topics related to our nation, as well as weekly prayers which we can utilize to pray for various aspects of our national life.

On their website you can review various topics concerning the current headlines (for example, the war in Ukraine). They publish a new set of prayer requests and information about 2 or 3 times per week.

In addition to their website, they also publish phone numbers where we can join in with other intercessors and prayer warriors around the nation. A staff person from IFA guides the calls, and these also often include well-known figures in the political, economic, or education world who will add their voice to a topic through an interview format. I (Mother Valarie) try to phone into these calls so I can join with others in prayer.
