Will you offer some of your time during the bishop’s visit to help in the kitchen with the Saturday dinner or Sunday coffee hour?

Dave Conner is taking the lead for the dinner and needs help from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. (set-up) and 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. (kitchen clean-up and table clean-up). You can volunteer for one time slot or the other, or both!

Megan Dudgeon is taking the lead for the coffee hour and needs help from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. (set-up), after communion and during the coffee hour (serving and refilling), and afterwards (kitchen clean-up and table clean-up). Again, you don’t have to volunteer for all of the time slots.
