NEW for Children's Sunday School
Frontier Mission Kids (By Anglican Frontier Missions) & Everyday Heroes (Honoring God's Workforce)! As our school year curriculum comes to a close, the kids will explore new lessons in the month of May to build their Biblical Worldview.
Our older elementary children will experience Frontier Mission Kids! They will discover how Jesus calls all Christians to join Him in His Great Commission, Matthew 28:18-20. Kids will hear the story of scripture that shows God's love and His desire for eternal relationship with all people, especially Frontier People Groups who have never heard of Jesus. This one hour Sunday School includes music, storytelling, games, crafts, journal writing, telling the Gospel, exploring Frontier People Groups, and supporting missionaries.
Our younger elementary and Pre-K children will experience Everyday Heroes: Honoring God's Workforce! As children learn about service oriented vocations, they will learn to respect and honor those that dedicate their lives to serving the community, appreciate the opportunities to glorify God in serving people, and recognize that our real superheroes such as police officers, healthcare workers, teachers, social workers, and other everyday service oriented careers can prepare them to be agents of mercy heroes themselves! This one hour Sunday School includes meeting folks from the congregation that serve in these career roles, games, object lessons, Bible lessons with scripture, Bible memory activities, skits, discussions, prayer, and crafts.
