This year’s Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom on Sunday, January 31 at 12:30 p.m. It will be similar to our congregational meetings in the past – just virtual! Please register by 5 p.m., Saturday, January 30 using the link provided below. Even if in-person church gets cancelled for Sunday due to inclement weather, the virtual meeting will go on as planned.

A few items to note regarding registration:

• Each person who would like to attend the Annual Meeting must register.

• After you register, your registration will be verified using the contact information you provide and the criteria set out in our bylaws for voting eligibility:

  • A member of All Saints’ Anglican Church

  • Known to the Treasurer (made a pledge in 2020 and or 2021)

  • 16 years of age or older

• When your registration is approved you will receive an email with a Zoom link for the Annual Meeting that is unique to you. Save that email where you can easily find it and access your link on January 31.
