Your Invitation to Participate in the Road to Resurrection

All are invited to participate in the Road to Resurrection & Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 16, 10 a.m.- 1 p.m.

You are invited to join in to help make this community event happen! We need volunteers to serve in costumed roles, backstage help, parking/greeting, egg hunt attendants, neighborhood walks, the canned food drive, and more! Contact Tara to see how you can contribute.

The Road to Resurrection is a family and community outdoor Easter event filled with Bible-time experiences that will engage participants of all ages, right here on church grounds! During this event, participants will travel the path Jesus journeyed. Travel with Jesus on a donkey through the praising streets of Jerusalem, sit down for the Last Supper, pray in the Garden of Gethsemane, discover the sacrifice of Good Friday, and celebrate freedom from sin at the empty tomb that first Easter morning! Walk through at your own pace, with your family or in a spatially distanced small group. At each destination, experience powerful moments that surround the death and resurrection of Jesus. End with a celebration of the new life we have in Jesus with an Easter Egg Hunt, for children ages toddler to age 11!

More info will be coming out in the next few weeks about neighborhood walks to distribute door hanger invitations, how to donate candy, plastic Easter eggs, and door prizes!
