Children's Easter Choir!

The children of All Saints’ Church will praise Jesus on Easter morning at the 11 am Easter service! If you would like your child(ren), ages mature 3 through 6th grade to participate, there will be 3 rehearsals during the Sunday School Hour: March 17, March 24, and on Easter morning, March 31.  We will combine choir rehearsal with Sunday School 9:45-10:45 am, and be led by the delightful vocalist Claire Gallagher Moore.

Easter morning, children’s choir families will enjoy a potluck Easter Breakfast in the Heaven Room at 9:30 am, with a rehearsal at 10:15 am. Parents can enjoy coffee and conversation while the children rehearse. Mature preschoolers should be able to follow instructions and stand at the altar without a parent. All participating children are asked to make at least 2 of the 3 rehearsals.

Sign up with Tara to receive the Breakfast Potluck Link, by text at 571-330-9831, or email tpedersen@allsaintswoodbridge.org.

Road to Resurrection Candy and Door Prize Donations Needed!

Support our mission to those neighborhoods surrounding Gideon Drive by donating candy to the Easter Egg Hunt at the Road to Resurrection! Candies will be put together into goodie bags this year, so size requirements are no longer limited. Please bring them to the front office 9-4 M-Th, the atrium on any Sunday morning, or contact Tara for pickup. For ease of contributing, an Amazon Wish List for ASC is also available, with shipping directly to the church office, provided at this link.

At the Road to Resurrection there will also be a Door Prize Drawing offering special gifts for children. If you would be interested in donating a brand new gift item for children, such as a bicycle with helmet or scooter(s), Easter stuffed animals, yard games, or any other treasured childhood toy, please contact Tara Pedersen at
tpedersen@allsaintswoodbridge.org or by calling 703-670-0093.

Family Sunday School Seder Meal

Families with Children are invited! Sunday, March 10, 9:45-10:45 am, is our tradition of the Family Sunday School Seder Meal. We will be treated to what has become an annual blessing for the children of All Saints’ Church, the Seder Meal teaching! Children, ages mature 3 and up, are invited to come with their parents.

Upon arriving for the Seder teaching and meal, they will be directed to sit with their family. The tables will be low to the ground and children will be seated on the floor with parents. Sunday School teacher, Dawn Smutz, will provide the instruction that accompanies each portion of the meal. Children will be encouraged to try each food offering and participate in the reading of the scripture.
