Go Deeper in Prayer by Becoming an Intercessor for All Saints’ Church
Come be a part of the intercessory prayer group at All Saints Church. Are you interested in prayer? Are you interested in becoming a prayer warrior? Intercessory prayer is simply asking God’s help or favor on behalf of others. The word intercede means to intervene on behalf of another. Intercessory prayer is a very important area of ministry here at All Saints’.
During this season of Lent, we are highlighting this crucial prayer ministry. We would like to encourage members of our congregation to come and check out the Intercessory Prayer (IP) “information table” in the atrium, pick up an information sheet and talk with Michael Emery our IP ministry lead. If you’re interested in knowing more, grab the information sheet, take it home and pray about it. Then take some time to prayerfully ask God if this is an area of ministry, He is calling you to. Simply pray for direction. We are eager to welcome newcomers to our “band” of intercessors. You don’t have to be experienced in prayer. After all we learn to pray by praying. The Lord is simply looking for folks who are willing to be used.
