Out of print for over 20 years, Come over to My House is a 1966 "Come Back" children's book written by Dr. Seuss!

This delightful Dr. Seuss book has come back—with a brand new look! A great choice for beginning readers as well as for read-alouds, the message of the book—that kids are the same all over the world—is as true today as it was 50 years ago. This multi-cultural Beginner Book about home and friendship features the good doctor's signature rhyme and all-new, charming artwork by award-winning illustrator Katie Kath.

The illustrations portray the various styles of homes that kids from around the world live in along with Seuss's recognizable verse. Throughout the book they also cover what kids eat, how they sleep (Japanese wooden pillows), play (sledding on pine needles), and even clean-up afterwards (Polynesian hot spring).

Afterwards, the children are invited to make a house craft scene, with their recycled juice box transformed into the cutest house ever!
