The annual Synod of the Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic will be held online from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday, November 21. Although only delegates will participate via a Zoom webinar, there are multiple ways for everyone to be a part of Synod 2020.

Pray for Synod 2020
Prayer is always the most important way to participate in any Diocese event. Please pray for all of the technology to run smoothly on Saturday and that God's agenda is the only agenda during Synod.
Watch via Facebook
From 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturday, anyone is welcome to enjoy morning prayer, the presentations, and the voting process. Although, you will not be able to interact aside from comments on Facebook, even a periodic "Amen!" and "Hello!" will not go unnoticed! Visit the Diocese Facebook page out here.
Visit the Exhibitor Page
Nothing quite compares to milling around the Atrium during Synod with a cuppa and a snack while meeting those in active ministry to share the Gospel of Jesus. This year, we can only offer a page of each ministry you typically see at Synod with a link to the homepage. We encourage you to treat yourself to a favorite coffee or tea and mill about this webpage!
Listen to Equip!2020 Session One
Each year, there is a pre-Synod event titled "Equip!"... and this year was no exception. The event was held virtually last week, and more sessions are being planned. After watching the pre-recorded video of Session One ("Surviving the Digital Shift"), learn even more by watching the recording of the virtual discussion. Both videos are available here.
