The Blessing Bag Ministry has been given the go-ahead to resume its operations.

However, after a great deal of prayer, and a change in life circumstances, we, Lee & Jennifer, are stepping back from our duties to this wonderful ministry by mid-June.

What is the Blessing Bag Ministry?

The women of All Saints’ Church donate items and assemble Blessing Bags for Turning Points, the abused women's shelter. Many of the women arrive at the shelter with almost no belongings, often because they had to flee their situation. The Blessing Bags are filled with emergency supplies, such as travel-sized soaps and lotions.

A Blessing Bag collection box is usually set up in the atrium on Sunday mornings. Items typically needed are:

Face wash | Toothbrushes and toothpaste | Tweezers and nail clippers | "WetOnes" packs | Notepads and pens | Gloves | Socks | Tissue packs | Shower puffs | Hairbrushes and combs | Gum | Bandaids
