Our first parking lot food giveaway is drawing near—Saturday, March 20. If you and/or your family are looking for a place to serve during Lent, there are absolutely opportunities for you!
“This season of Lent is a time of self-examination and repentance. It is not 40 days for feeling guilty, as if we can’t be forgiven until Easter. It is rather to allow the Holy Spirit to bring us to a fuller and deeper repentance.”
This Sunday, February 7, is Scout Sunday! Calling all Scouts, whether Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, American Heritage Girls, Trail Life Scouts...youth and leaders!
Children’s church is offered again during the 10 a.m. Sunday Service (9:45 a.m. check-in time), “in-person” in the children's wing and on Zoom from 11:30 a.m. to Noon. It features ‘Simply Loved.’ curriculum.
Outdoor Children's Church will be offered beginning Sunday, September 13, for children ages 3 through 6th grade (6th graders can be helpers!). Sign-in begins at 9:30 a.m. at the back atrium double doors.
It was true joy to see church friends in the Sanctuary, praying together, worshipping with raised hands and receiving communion. It was also uplifting to note that many continued to watch via YouTube streaming, essentially an All Saints’ Church “double envelopment ” of the Lord in worship.
Each of us must prayerfully make the decision which is best for us and for our family during these unusual times. Let’s follow the guidance of Romans 12:10, “Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.”
